THIS SOLAR WINDOW HEATER WILL NOT OPERATE PROPERLY BEHIND A SCREEN, TINTED OR LOW E GLASS. The air path and surface area have been increased with increased heat output. This heater simply sits on your window sill / ledge of a south facing window (in the northern hemisphere) and collects the sunlight and converts the light into heat.

I installed it on my barn and used it for several years prior to remodeling it and adding formal heating. Comes with all necessary parts. Great for the handy person that wants to tap free heat.
