If they are damaged in transit, simply contact us and we will be happy to file a claim and get you another box of filters. Where do I find the MERV rating of my filters? In order to keep our prices competitive, we do not print the MERV rating on the filter frame. We manufacture and box one MERV rating at a time. When the filters are boxed the MERV rating will either be printed on the side of the box, or a color-coded MERV sticker will be on the side of the box. There is an airflow direction arrow on the side edge of your Nordic Pure pleated air filter. In the absence of the arrow for the pleated air filters the metal mesh is on the air exit side.
