3-Stage Filtration: The SimPure SPWH-3S-KDF is a 3 Stage Whole House Filtration System(PP Sediment + KDF+ CTO). First Stage: PP sediment water filter. This water filter is specially designed to remove up to 99%+ of sediment, dust, sand, large particles, silt, dirt, and rust that can clog the filters that follow. Second Stage: KDF (kinetic degradation fluxion) filter, which has excellent adsorption capacity and can effectively reduce heavy metals, algae, microorganismsa, manganese, iron, lead, and chlorine. The kdf 55 water filter also effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria and algae, maintaining system hygiene and efficiency, while contributing to a 40%-50% reduction in TDS. Third Stage: CTO filter cartridge reduces up to 99% of chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, industrial solvents and various other contaminants, bringing clean and fresh water for your whole family. Spin Down Sediment Pre-filter: With SimPure Whole House Spin Down Sediment Pre-filter, you can have peace of mind that it can purify the water coming into your home. The Whole House Water Filter is supplied with 1″ Male NPT, 3/4″ Female NPT and 3/4″ Male NPT. It is suitable for ANY THREADED CONNECTOR with 1″ Female NPT or 3/4″ Male NPT or 3/4″ Female NPT. (The threaded connector is not included in the package, it needs to be purchased separately according to the specifications of the copper/PEX/CPVC water pipe). Including an extra 200μm filter element for free. 40μm filter will capture most particulates, it’s best suited for use on Municipal (tap) or City water. If using it on Well, Lake feedwater, you can replace it with the 200μm filter element.
