This Motor has the 3 mounting “ears” riveted onto it. It’s 1/2 HP, 115 volts, 1130 RPM. If the motor is sitting with the shaft facing up (as in the picture), it rotates CLOCKWISE. Motor has 4 speed wires, 1 neutral wire, 2 capacitor wires, and one green grounding wire.
