PROTECH Advanced Thermal/Acoustics Plus Underlayment is the ideal choice for all laminate, bamboo, Luxury vinyl Tile & Plank, SPC or EVP, WPC, engineered and solid hardwood floating floor installation for which underlay is recommended, and can be used in both residential and commercial applications.PROTECH Advanced Thermal/Acoustics Plus Underlayment offers you: Advanced Aluminum Coating: 23 gram per square meters Premium Vapor Barrier: while most underlayment have 0 to 0.8 mil vapor barriers, this premium product has 1.2 mil vapor barrier. Thicker and stronger vapor barrier Premium cell design: while many underlayment manufacturers claim that their foam products have “advanced cell design”, their products actually have too much air in the cells, use too less material, and has overall thickness of 1 to 2 mm.
