Measuring 1″ x 8″ they are mainly used when installing PEX pipe for plumbing applications and stub out the wall for further connections of outlet stop valves and plumbing fixtures. With the barb connection, the stub out straight copper go to toilets, sinks, showers and drains including pipes that vent to the roof. The copper stub out must be in place and tested before the walls are added. Spin-closed outlet for pressure testing purposes prevents dirt and debris from entering the pipes during construction. Fittings works with crimp ring or clamp connection methods. Meets UPC, IPC, cUPC requirements and NSF listed.
