When receiving the stove(s) from the freight company- Please look the stove over prior to signing the delivery slip. If there is significant damage- reject the delivery. If there is minor damage, please make sure to notate that damage on the delivery slip and you’ll receive a claim number from the driver. We will need that claim number to assist you with reimbursement of any damage. We won’t be able to assist or reimburse for any damage not noted on the delivery slip at time of delivery.
