Compare To FJ2720. This is a non-tilt style spiral balance with a red bushing at its tip. It has a bow tie shaped device installed in the end of the spiral rod. The bow tie engages a balance foot that has been installed on the bottom edge of the window (vent) with a dual hook protruding out from the corner for the bow tie to engage.
