General Finishes Exterior 450 Water Based Topcoat, 1 Gallon, Satin

Exterior 450 Topcoat a clear-drying finish suitable for vertical exterior surfaces, such as fences, patio furniture, garage doors, entrance doors and interior windows. Exterior 450 is fortified with UV absorbers to stabilize the finish and built-in mildewcide to retard mold and mildew growth.

DECORATIVE STAIN H&C® WATER-BASED SEMI-TRANSPARENT DECORATIVE STAIN lets you achieve a layered, faux or single-color look in a lot less time than acid stains. Etching is required prior to application to open the pores of the concrete. When layering stain, apply lighter colors first. Water-based or solvent-based sealers can be applied as topcoats. Water-based formulation contains no acids or harmful chemicals. Can be diluted or mixed to create infinite custom colors. No need for rinsing, mopping, or neutralizing after applying, as with acid-based stains. Easy soap-and-water cleanup. Produces vibrant coloring effects when enhanced by solvent- or water-based sealers and floor finishes.
