Model XG50T12HE40U0 Our old water heater failed, so we had a new gas water heater installed. It turned out that the venting system on our house was faulty. It would’ve cost a ton to have it repaired so we decided to go with an electric water heater. Since we had turned on this 50-gallon gas water heater, it could no longer be returned to the company, so I asked them to leave it here rather than just throw it away. So other than being turned on for a couple of hours, it is brand new. They cost between $850 and $950 new. I can’t deliver it, but it’s in our garage, and it has easy access to the road. Local only.
