Note- Woo Warmer Will Not Warm All Surfaces Equally-Hard uninsulated surfaces like concrete floors, ceramic tiles, hardwood floors and etc., could perform as much as 20 degrees below factory setting of 115 degrees F. An INSULATING/ PAD MUST BE USED to ensure peak performance. If the surface is slick and slippery you must use a, Anti-Skid pad. The Woo Warmer takes about two hours to reach peak performance. If your Woo Warmer does not power ON please test it in another 110-voltworking outlet, there are cases the outlet is less than 90 volts and your Woo Warmer will not function properly. Cover = Rug, Throw Rug, Blanket, Towel, Hard Plastic Sheet, Ceramic Tile and etc. You may notice an adhesive smell/odor the first time the Woo Warmer is turned on. It will dissipate gradually. Keep the Cover and Woo Warmer from getting wrinkles in it, otherwise localized high temperature will occur causing the internal fuse to blow. Flashing Red LED light will occur after six-hours and will stop to heat, turn on/off to reset. If your Woo Warmer is not fully warming please ensure that you have the switch set to warm the full area. Please check carefully switch is sensitive. In reference to the WW-20 and WW-30, if you want it on longer than 6 hours you can put it on a 24-hour timer. The Owner manual has a lot of safety precautions, but after years of testing and use we would like to say it’s safe to put a chair with wheels on it as long as you place a sturdy carpet cover over it or a hard plastic cover over the Woo Warmer .For example, under your office desk with a chair that has wheels. The Hot Carpet Woo Warmer has endless uses but may not fit all applications it is mainly designed to be placed in a location next to such as a sofa where the control box does not present a trip hazard.
