Just select the proper voltage and polarity for your item and it will run on household electrical current. There’s 7 popular power connectors including 2 Sony specific plugs that fit a variety of items. Check the owners manual of the item you want to use this with to make sure the correct size is included. There’s not many sizes so odds are in your favor, but you never know. We have also used this for various applications by cutting the plug off and installing our own connector. That comes in handy when replacing an old adapter that’s no good but still has the plug. For safety precautions make sure you know what you’re doing if you go this route. The price is right and it’s something that pays for itself over and over. With our fast and free shipping it’s a good deal. If it doesn’t work or fit your needs we are always happy to take it back! Important note: Adapters like this are used to replace standard batteries (AA, AAA, C, D, 9V, etc) in electronic items when there is an available power port. It requires a load to operate properly. It is not a charger similar to what you use with your cell phone. It is NOT designed to charge batteries in devices. Thanks for checking out one of our items!
