VTG Truth 45002 Andersen/Similar Dual Arm Crank 25.5in Open Box
The finish looks very similar to the Andersen Bronze color, It is non-handed and sill mounted. The arm length as shown in photos is 25 1/2in. which looks to work with a roughly 15.75in window opening.
