RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS: · American Floor Covering Center and Right Flooring are not responsible for orders or shipments once they are picked up by the 3rd party carrier. Please inspect your package and its contents immediately upon receipt for any visible damages. You have seven working days to notify us of any damages. Freight carriers require us to notify them of any damages within a certain time frame. Your failure to notify us in a timely manner will forfeit your rights to any claims against shipping damages. · We will review your submission and forward this number to be applied to your return package.
