This protects your home from dangerous backdrafting, which is when exhaust fumes are reintroduced into the system. The pressure switch also guards against gas leaks and prevents the furnace from cycling if there’s a mechanical failure. With a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) configuration, it can easily be integrated into existing control systems. The switch has a pressure range of 0.10"wc to 2.50"wc, making it suitable for use in a variety of applications. It has a 1/4" NPT male thread barb connection and comes with a mounting bracket for easy installation.
