Here are just the hinges you are looking For.. We take a solid chunk of billet 6061 aluminum, machine perfectly square, bore both sides then press a solid 316 Stainless shaft into 1 half. The shaft then rides on a stainless steel ball. With a screw in style fit grease fitting in the bottom there are no bushings or bearing to fail or wear out. These are sold in pairs in 5.00" and 7.00" versions and the dimensions are as follows: 5" tall x 1" thick and 1-1/4"" wide with the offset. These have a 5/8" Stainless shaft and will hold approx 550 pounds per pair OR 7" tall x 1 1/4" thick and 1 3/4" wide with the offset. These have a 3/4" Stainless shaft and will hold approx 800 pounds per pair
