Customer Service Hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm CST This Andersen replacement Sash/Counter Balancer is used on Narroline Double-hung windows manufactured from 1968 to 2012.Balancers are used to maintain the position of the window sash.They are found above the upper sash in the head jamb, and are located on each side of the window.When replacing a balancer, we recommend replacing both balancers and the window side jamb liners.Please double check all requirements.1.
