Emerson Easyheat TS-1 Replacement Temperature Sensor Snow Melt EASY HEAT TS1 Temperature Sensor The TS-1 Temperature Sensor measures outside (ambient) temperatures. It should be placed in the area that best represents the outdoor temperature conditions. The 120 Vac TS1 sensor has an operating temperature of -40°F to +150°F (-40°C to +65°C) and a 16 mA switching current. The TS1 is supplied with 10 feet (3 meters) of connection wire which can be extended up to 500 feet (152 meters). The TS1 temperature sensor must be used in conjunction with the MSC1 Controller (not included). It measures the outside temperatures. The TS1 is supplied with 10 ft (3 m) of connection wire which can be extended up to 500 ft (152 m) with an appropriately rated 18-20 AWG 3 wire unshielded standard cable
