Product Description: Nispira Demineralization Cartridge humidifier filters compatible with Home & Vick humidifierRemoving minerals /impurities - Tap water often contains minerals like calcium, magnesium, and other dissolved solids. When water is vaporized in a humidifier, these minerals can become suspended in the air as tiny particles. These particles, known as white dust, can settle on surfaces and create potential respiratory irritants.Preventing Scale Buildup - Over time, mineral in air can lead to scale buildup, which not only affects the efficiency of the humidifier but can also create an environment conducive to mold and bacteria growth. This demineralization cartridge helps decreasing the likelihood of white dust formation, preventing scale accumulation and extending the lifespan of the humidifier. Just simply insert into humidifier tank and you are good to goA pack of 36 filters included. Suggest replacing each filter after 30-40 full tank of water depending on the hardness of water
