When we say “resin” or “media” tank, we mean that it can be used as a water softener tank with ion-exchange softening resin, or a backwashing filter tank that may use any number of media, such as carbon, catalytic carbon, pH neutralizer, Greensand Plus, Katalox Lite and any number of other medias.
